3. Theatre and Film Production
- Industrial Theatre Production
Applied industrial Theatre: Through storytelling these interventions provide a forum for the audience to develop a better understanding of their own behaviour. They guide the audience towards the desired future state by illustrating an attainable ‘journey to success ‘. This intervention is designed to address client specific challenges and includes company branding, cultural climate and the demographics of the organisation.
Facilitated Forum Theatre: An interactive intervention where the audience can manipulate or change the action on stage. The play starts with a scenario where all the incorrect behaviours, are showcased. During a second run of the same play the audience may stop the play whenever they see something they are uncomfortable with and make suggestions as to how to correct behaviour or attitudes. The facilitator guides the actors to incorporate these suggestions to get a different outcome as the play progresses.
Critical Role Plays: An opportunity for people to hold up the mirror. To witness in real time the simulation of those complexities that make or break workforce mobilisation. It is a learning technique where people get to experience specific scenarios under the guidance of a facilitator. In this way individuals can see, own and grow within their current behavioural sphere in order to strengthen and adopt the ideal future workplace optimisation.
